Yes, we do and its usually 1% of your total commercial invoice value.

Yes, for all goods manufactured in South Africa we can provide you with these documents.
3. Do you have clearing agents?

Yes, we have a few that we work with and are open to making use of your preferred ones.
4. What are your turnaround times?

From date of acceptance of the order to delivery to your destination can be anything from 5 days to 14 days. This is dependent on funds clearing, border constraints and stock issues.

We source and procure the items you requested and negotiate the best prices for you. We are a trained team who will offer you the best service. Your goods are also transported to your preferred destination; we offer an aftercare service. We offer clearing and warehousing should the need arise.
6. Do you charge any unforeseen costs?

Due to the nature of the business this cannot be avoided, and we endeavour to limit these costs. We have a good relationship with our transports to be lenient with standing times to avoid demurrage.
7. How often do you transport to the various countries?

We do daily trips to Zambia, Zimbabwe and Botswana. For other countries this is dependent on requirements of the client, we do not hold back orders to consolidate.
